CarePortal-ASP Analysis and Reporting Module
With the CarePortal-ASP Analysis and Reporting module you have real-time access to information across all other modules. GRIDs allow you to search, view, sort, group, report and export data based on your preferences. DASHBOARDs provide you with a real-time graphical representation of various key statistical and measurement indicators.
- Clinical Grids: The options in this group provide access to patient current medications; assigned physicians; primary diagnosis; surgical procedures; patient census and level of care.
- Operational Grids: The options in this group provide access to tracking information related to tracking clinical documents; service journals; assessment tracking of Medicare PPS patients; expiring certification periods; patients needing resource assignments and resource assignments needing staff.
- Financial Grids: The options in this group provide access to billing recap information either in detail or summary format; accounts receivable and non-Medicare payment transactions.
- Referral Grids: The options in this group provide access to information grouped by referral source for billing recap information either in detail or summary format; accounts receivable and non-Medicare payment transactions.
- Statistical Grids: The options in this group provide access to referrals and patient discharges.
- Listing Grids: The options in this group provide access to physicians; patients and workers.
- Control Grids: The option in this group provides tracking information of user access to patient records with date/time stamps.
Grids
- Assessment Status provides a graphical view of all assessments by type (SOC, ROC, etc.) and their current status (Complete, Validated, etc.).
- Month-To-Date Visits provides a graphical view of all service journals for current month by discipline.
- Accounts Receivable provides a graphical view of outstanding A/R balances by payer/policy and aging category.
- Patient Census provides various graphical views of patient status changes and agency patient census by current status.
Dashboards
- Export Service Journal Transactions allows you find and export service journals for a particular time frame (where they have not been previously exported) to an Excel spreadsheet.
